Approved members can request Labs directly. Families coming from an approved public Lab application can complete the approved option here without a second Lotus acceptance.

Approved application? Add your athlete using the same name from the application. The approved Lab option will be highlighted and can go straight to capacity check, spot hold, and e-transfer instructions.
